Pranayama
The classical yogic science of breath — precise techniques to steady mind, energy and mood.
Codified in the ancient yoga texts of India — the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali — where breath control is named as the bridge between body and mind.
Stress, scattered focus and low energy — needing practical tools you can use anywhere, any day.
About This Practice
Pranayama — 'extension of life force' — is the yogic art of directing energy through the breath. Where ordinary breathing keeps body and mind running, pranayama gives you the levers: techniques to energise when depleted, calm when anxious, and prepare the mind for deep meditation.
Sessions teach precise practices — alternate nostril breathing to balance, bellows breath to energise, cooling breaths to settle — matched to your constitution and needs. Breath is measured, guided and refined, with practice plans you can carry into daily life in ten quiet minutes a day.
