Vedic Energy & Prana
Working with breath and vital energy as mapped in the Vedas to restore flow, focus and inner stillness.
From the Vedas and Upanishads of ancient India — the oldest recorded science of prana, describing its movement through the five pranas, the nadis and the chakras.
Mental fog, low energy and stress overload — when the mind is scattered and the tank simply won't refill.
About This Practice
The rishis of ancient India described prana as the breath behind the breath — the life force that rides the air, animates the mind and connects body with consciousness. Vedic energy work is the art of tending this force: where prana flows freely, the body thrives and the mind settles.
Sessions use breath, touch, sound and Vedic chanting to move prana through the body's channels (nadis) and centres. Practitioners read where the flow is weak or disturbed and restore rhythm — often combined with guidance on breath practice to sustain the shift at home.
