Ayurvedic Medicine
The 5,000-year-old science of life — healing through your unique constitution and its rhythms.
Codified in India over five thousand years ago in the Charaka and Sushruta Samhitas, practised continuously since, and now studied worldwide for its whole-person and preventive approach.
Imbalance showing up as digestion, skin, sleep or mood issues — wanting a system that explains and guides it all.
About This Practice
Ayurveda — 'the science of life' — is India's ancient complete medical system. Its insight: each person has a unique constitution (prakriti) of three doshas — Vata, Pitta, Kapha — and health is the art of keeping your own balance through food, rhythm, herbs and season.
A consultation reads your constitution and current imbalance through pulse, tongue, history and observation. Treatment is layered: diet tailored to your dosha, herbs, daily-routine guidance (dinacharya), and cleansing therapies (panchakarma) where indicated. Change is gradual, delicious and cumulative.
