About This Practice

In the tantric map of the body, kundalini is the coiled creative energy resting at the base of the spine — the source of our vitality, passion and consciousness. When this energy is dormant we feel flat; when it is gently awakened and guided upward through the chakras, life regains colour.

How a Session Works

Sessions combine breath, gentle movement, sound and energy work to safely stir and circulate kundalini energy through the central channel. The work is always paced to the client's capacity, with grounding practices to integrate the energy — never forcing an opening the system is not ready for.
