BaZi — Four Pillars of Destiny
Chinese destiny mapping from your birth moment — a precise chart of your nature, timing and life weather.
Rooted in Chinese metaphysics over a thousand years old, developing through the Tang and Song dynasties alongside the I Ching and feng shui, and remaining a living art across East Asia today.
Self-doubt and second-guessing — wanting to understand who you are, and when to move in work and relationships.
About This Practice
BaZi, the 'Four Pillars of Destiny' (also called Chinese Astrology), encodes the year, month, day and hour of your birth into eight characters of Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches. The result is a remarkably precise map of your personality, strengths, relationships and the unfolding seasons of your life.
A reading analyses the balance of the Five Elements in your chart, your Day Master (core self), and the interactions between pillars. Beyond self-understanding, BaZi is a timing tool — identifying favourable periods for career moves, partnerships and rest, so you act with the current rather than against it.
